Personal and Small Group Training
We will train one on one or in an intimate small group setting (3-4 people) to help you acheive your fitness goals. A variety of exercise types are used based on your initial assessment, goals and your likes and dislikes of certain activites. Body weight exercises, boot camp style drills, cardio conditioning, kick boxing, weights, resistance bands etc. I will help clients achieve goals with the use of a heart rate monitor that I provide for them which will allow me to see and insure they are working in their target zone for maximum results.
