 My goal as a personal trainer is to help you learn to PUT YOURSELF FIRST and  be the best physically fit YOU possible!! By providing professional guidance, I teach proper technique and put forth guidelines to maximize specific workouts to gain muscle strength and functional movements, better flexibility, increased cardiovascular endurance, weight loss, and a stronger core – All this will allow you to reach your goals. I am mobile and will come to you; I design workouts to meet your goals with a short exercise time commitment and….I make working out FUN!!!! I am a Hospice Nurse and a mom of three so I know the time you have for you is limited and valuable. Let me help make it time well spent!
